Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize work schedules
- Order necessary food and kitchen supplies
- Manage and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare financial budgets and cost projections
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Oversee the assembly of food trays
- Supervise the delivery of food service carts
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
- Available to start as advertised
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Open to relocation
- Prior experience in a similar role is required
