Brock University is seeking a qualified individual to fill a position as an Instructor in the Department of Child and Youth Studies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in the study of childhood arts, including film, literature, sound/music, and visual arts. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Child and Youth Studies or a related discipline and experience in teaching critical approaches to aesthetics, culture, and theory.

The position involves scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time, including preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking and grading, and course administration. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level.
