Position: Construction Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the activities of subcontractors
  • Assess daily operational workflows
  • Organize and plan daily construction tasks
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors
  • Prepare and present budget estimates for construction projects
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff and/or volunteers
  • Supervise subcontractor activities
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress regularly
