About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DME Investments Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
    • Monitor revenues, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize profitability
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Administrative and Technical
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data using MS Excel, MS Office, and other software

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
