Global Health Director

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Health Director to lead our global provider network strategy, ensuring high-quality service delivery and financial outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global network operating model, establishing best-in-class processes and protocols to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute a global provider network strategy to drive quality, performance, and financial outcomes
* Lead the creation of a Global Network Operating Model, establishing best-in-class processes and protocols
* Manage all functions across the global provider network to ensure quality control, medical governance, and customer experience
* Formulate strategies and continuous improvements to ensure Global Network Management (GNM) is strategically aligned with our Global Operating Model and Cover-More Group's vision and roadmap
* Manage OPEX for global network teams, including audits, travel, conferences, and consultancy expenses
* Collaborate with Risk and Compliance, and Medical leadership teams to maintain and improve compliance and risk frameworks
* Establish productive relationships with network leaders and teams globally to create consistency in delivery, execution, and engagement
* Offer solutions to provider network issues affecting or potentially affecting customer delivery or other WTP members

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in managing operational teams across multiple sites
* Successful track record of network service delivery
* Strong industry experience or equivalent
