About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our team at Fed Finance. As a key member of our accounting and finance recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading assurance and compilation files, providing guidance and support to auditors, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work plans, setting realistic deadlines and milestones for various mandates
  • Supervise and review assurance and compilation files, providing regular updates and support to auditors
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Evaluate the performance of professional staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed
  • Participate in office planning meetings, contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting firm, with a strong background in assurance and compilation
  • Excellent knowledge of ASPE and NCOSBL, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Caseware, Taxprep, and the Office suite, with the ability to adapt to new software and systems
