Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join its EcoSure division, a leader in brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help clients grow their business. Our associates are valued experts in brand standards, guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality. EcoSure clients include top brands in the hospitality industry, including foodservice and hotels, as well as convenience stores, facilities, and long-term care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct brand protection visits at client locations, using a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and protect their brand and delight their guests.
  • Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
  • Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
  • Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 2 years of hotel hospitality industry-related experience, including housekeeping, general management, or front desk supervision.
  • Current and valid Driver's License.
  • Able to travel to the US for training meetings.
  • Bilingual, French/English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Post Secondary diploma in culinary, hospitality, or business field.
  • Food Service experience.
  • High-level customer service and advanced consultative skills.
