About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team at Capital Engineering (Partnership). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects and providing technical expertise to our clients and other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a project lead and point of contact with clients
  • Support our clients and other disciplines with Civil/Structural Engineering work
  • Perform and check calculations, including Finite Element Analysis
  • Work with designers and other disciplines to execute projects
  • Support and mentor junior staff and review junior staff's work
  • Support project stakeholders with concept designs, rigging/placement studies, and temporary structure designs
  • Provide technical support on site during construction
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering Degree
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • A self-starter with strong technical, interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
