Lead Civil/Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team at Capital Engineering (Partnership) in Edmonton, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a project lead and point of contact with clients, providing technical support and guidance.
  • Support our clients and other disciplines with Civil/Structural Engineering work, including Finite Element Analysis.
  • Work with designers and other disciplines to execute projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Support and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
  • Provide technical support on site during construction, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong technical, interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
