Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and representing our brand with passion and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and promotions to effectively communicate value and build brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize delivering an outstanding customer experience, always putting our customers first and seeking feedback to improve.

Commitment to Efficiency:

  • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.

Associate Morale:

  • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating them professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
  • Celebrate and embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking feedback for continuous self-development.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
