Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Care Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and supporting the growth and development of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve consistent and sustainable growth.
  • Oversee the assessment and reassessment of clients to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Manage incident and significant change reports to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Participate in local community events to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Maximize the fulfillment of hours and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage budget responsibilities for your area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in leading successful teams in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of contributing to organizational growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the aging process and the needs of older adults.
  • Proficient in written and spoken French and English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in the home care sector is an asset.
