Job Title: Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors. This includes sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and emptying trash cans.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job with a permanent schedule. The working hours are 35 to 40 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
