About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts for senior, complex, and specialized Technology and Techno-Functional roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and executives to advise on hiring decisions and ensure the best talent selection for their teams.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technology talent.
  • Lead recruitment events and drive talent marketing efforts to promote our brand and attract top candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure successful recruitment initiatives and positive candidate experiences.
  • Build strategic relationships with hiring managers to deliver exceptional service and diligence.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and technologies to provide expert advice on niche technology roles, including software engineers, architects, and cloud engineers.

Requirements:

  • Progressive recruitment experience with a focus on technology talent acquisition.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to advise on hiring decisions.
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of data-driven TA analytics and compliance.
  • Diversity-focused mindset and experience in behavioral interviewing techniques.
