Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and submitting detailed reports
- Establishing work schedules for the team
- Training staff or coordinating training sessions
- Overseeing operational safety
- Recommending personnel actions
- Setting up machinery and equipment
- Ordering necessary materials and supplies
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers
- Suggesting improvements for productivity and product quality
You will supervise a team of:
- 16-20 personnel including:
- Forging machine operators
- Mechanical assemblers and inspectors
- Metal products machine operators
- Metalworking machine operators
Candidates must meet the following:
- Basic security clearance
- Criminal record check
Applicants should possess:
- A valid driver's license
- Access to public transportation
- An own vehicle is preferred
The role involves:
- Handling heavy loads
- Physically demanding tasks
- A combination of sitting, standing, and walking
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
