Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pita Pit. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
