Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our establishment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Post journal entries accurately
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balances of financial records
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
