Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at PEI INC. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy environment
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light weights
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Dependability, initiative, and reliability
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35-40 hours of work per week. The work environment is a retail service establishment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
