We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Cell Phone Repair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay current on new and emerging technologies in the industry
- Repair a wide range of devices, including phones, laptops, and gaming systems
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work independently and lead a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all available tools and equipment
- Recognize trends in the repair industry and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- High School Diploma and some college or technical training
- Proficient in soldering and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Point of Sale Systems and opening and closing procedures
- Good vision with or without corrective lenses/glasses
- Organization skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of parts suppliers and inventory management
- Sales experience a plus
