Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of travel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their travel requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hire and train new staff members, focusing on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Procure materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
