As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis at Brother Canada, you will lead a dedicated team to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring successful project outcomes. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to define and manage project scope, translating complex business needs into detailed and traceable business and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive scope documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness by validating requirements with stakeholders and addressing any gaps or inconsistencies to mitigate risks.
- User Acceptance Testing: Manage a team of Business Analysts who collaborate with quality assurance specialists and end-users to create UAT test scripts that ensure business needs are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead a team that collaborates closely with business stakeholders to document project scope, objectives, and expected benefits.
- Impact Assessment: Evaluate and categorize the impact of new requirements on the business, working closely with IT Relations and Change Management to provide visibility into these impacts.
- Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a team of business analysts, ensuring high performance and professional growth through training on best practices.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years' experience in business analysis or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading business analysis efforts and delivering IT projects.
- 2 years consulting experience as a Business Analyst.
- One or more of these completed licenses or certifications is preferred: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, CFLBA, CPRE, PBA, CAP.
- Bilingual.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
