We are seeking an experienced Advisor Assistant to support our President and Managing Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client meetings, appointment preparation, providing exceptional service to clients, and handling claims and underwriting issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client meetings and appointments
- Prepare for client meetings and appointments
- Provide exceptional service to clients
- Handle insurance applications and claims
- Prepare reports and updates
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced insurance environment with high attention to detail
- LLQP license required
- Proficient in living benefits and permanent life insurance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software programs
- Positive self-starter with ability to work in a small team environment
- Effective multi-tasker with high attention to detail
- Previous insurance experience required (Life or Disability)
