We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Artist to join our team at Studio East. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff as needed, ensuring that we have the right people in place to meet our culinary needs.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment.

- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
