Job Summary

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital product experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our Product Owner team in developing, designing, and refining a comprehensive and industry-leading digital product experience, ensuring alignment with our business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure well-documented approval for product features.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our digital product design, and inform the program or feature backlog accordingly.
  • Assist in planning the product backlog and evaluating business value achieved versus planned.
Requirements
  • Working towards a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong personal skills and the ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
