We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Impact Product Development team at Accoravillage. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of a revolutionary platform for rapid data and content collection.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and integration of the rapid data collection product, ensuring it effectively captures, processes, and analyzes data and content with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Agile Scrum team to translate program and market needs into actionable features.
- Prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on product features based on user feedback.
- Ensure the product delivers tangible value to field participants, prioritizing user experience.
- A background in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with at least 5 years of experience in an international development organization.
- Alternatively, a strong background in product management with at least 5 years of experience.
- University degree in international development studies, product development, data science, or a related field.
- Highly interested in product development beneficial to vulnerable populations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to handle criticisms and navigate complexity.
