  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on store performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with retail systems.
  • Physical Abilities: Effective communication skills with customers and team; mobility to maneuver the sales floor and warehouse.
  • Schedule: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and high traffic days.
