Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Maxi. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the store's operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement training programs for employees.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety protocols.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Proven track record of improving store performance and increasing sales.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
