About Cafe Brio

Cafe Brio is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage the cafe's budget to maintain profitability, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, recruit and select new team members, and develop their skills to meet the cafe's needs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and implement efficient inventory management systems.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans, implement promotional activities, and develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
