Retail Store Manager

Join Mr. Lube #213 - Barrie as a Retail Store Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Merchandising and Sales: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, and analyze sales data to inform future decisions.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters, and maintain accurate records and files.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
