Opportunity: Dock and Door Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Dock and Door Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' loading docks and doors.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough maintenance checks and diagnose repairs for various dock equipment components.
  • Troubleshoot operational malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Accurately order necessary parts and analyze breakdowns based on established procedures.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support.
Your Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven experience in maintaining industrial equipment.
  • Ability to execute technical procedures effectively and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
