Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, support, and warranty coordination to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Visit active construction sites to provide support to customer service staff.
- Monitor outstanding correspondence and review with on-site customer service representatives.
- Log and produce monthly status reports to ensure warranty deadlines are met.
- Attend homeowner inspections and oversee conciliation requests.
- Monitor service technicians' schedules and workmanship.
- Arrange and attend customer service meetings and other associated meetings.
- Inspect homes on day of occupancy to ensure product turnover meets standards.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Knowledge of Tarion Warranty guidelines is a must.
- Ability to review warranty letters and make assessments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
A competitive compensation package based on experience, including a company vehicle.
