Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Keter North America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for driving continuous improvement throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our quality systems are current and effective.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, engineering, business).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with a strong background in process improvement and quality systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, CSA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
