Job Description for Executive Chef at FLAMING WOK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at FLAMING WOK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership and management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
