Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Yellowhead Commercial Roofing Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit and Train: Recruit and hire workers, oversee apprenticeship training, and arrange for training as needed.
  • Ensure Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on the work site.
  • Estimate and Requisition: Estimate costs and materials, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, at heights, and dusty.
Personal Suitability:
  • Reliability: Must be reliable and able to work independently.
  • Team Player: Must be a team player and able to work effectively with others.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week
