Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at M & S Construction and Renovation Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Train or arrange for training of construction staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Set up and maintain construction equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Estimate and manage project costs, materials, and resources to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support project requirements.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 32 to 35 hours of work per week.
