In the role of (Part-time) Store Supervisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial part in cultivating a store atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and builds diverse customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include exemplifying service standards, mentoring, and guiding the team to meet store goals, including in-store sales and online orders, as set by the Store Manager. Your success in this position will depend on your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively, and maintain operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Taking on a leadership role to enhance store performance by consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Possessing extensive product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends.
- Encouraging business success by modeling a shopping experience that promotes exceptional customer service, attractive merchandise displays, and operational integrity to foster positive customer relationships and loyalty.
- Providing coaching and feedback as directed by Store Management to ensure departmental success.
- Encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability within the store and district.
- Maintaining effective communication with the Store Manager.
- Efficiently opening and closing the store.
