Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on customer service.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
