Food Service Team Lead

At Tim Horton 2362, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
