Responsabilités clés :

  • Diriger et dépasser les quotas de revenus et de pipeline.
  • Superviser le processus de routage des leads et collaborer avec le marketing.
  • Développer des séquences et garantir une expérience de lead de haute qualité.
  • Coacher et encadrer les Directeurs de Développement des Ventes.
  • Analyser les données des affaires perdues et apporter les ajustements nécessaires.
  • Recruter, embaucher et former une équipe de vente de classe mondiale.
  • Gérer et dépasser les objectifs de revenus et de pipeline.
  • Mentorer et coacher les Directeurs des Ventes.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour les plans de mise sur le marché.
  • Présenter lors de réunions et d'événements de vente de haute valeur.
  • Optimiser les processus et systèmes de vente.
  • Recruter, embaucher et former des talents de premier plan.

Qualifications :

  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Solides compétences en leadership et en négociation.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie SaaS.
  • Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Passionné par la réussite et la croissance de l'équipe.
  • Communicateur et collaborateur efficace.
