Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the OHS Director, this role will be responsible for:

  • Managing the OHS Canada Dashboard and statistics
  • Translating OHS documents
  • Organizing and communicating with the team, including monthly meetings and event coordination
  • Managing the EHS Canada team calendar and non-conformance register
  • Administering EHS mailboxes and distribution lists
  • Collecting and analyzing statistics from various platforms
  • Developing and formatting documents for the team
  • Collaborating on EHS program development and implementation
  • Managing and archiving EHS documents

Requirements

  • Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant experience
  • Experience in an industrial environment, an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
