Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at Capleo Global LLC. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in business development, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Certifications: CAPM, PMP, or PgMP certification.
