Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Management: Direct and manage the daily operations of the Cosmetics and Beauty department, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
