Point of Sale Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 1021 ONTHEGO SERVICES CORPORATION. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process Payments and handle customer transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stock Shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide Customer Service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in Promotional Activities and contribute to the success of our sales team.
- Monitor Store Operations and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in Retail Sales or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Availability to Work Flexible Hours including evenings and weekends.
