**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our top speakers and booking speaking opportunities in Canada and internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Represent our speakers and clients on each event to meet and exceed program objectives
  • Grow a client base while meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas and KPI's
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and speakers
  • Promote our speakers for events, negotiate contracts, and attend industry events
  • Learn and grow while making an impact in the speaking and events industry

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years Inside B2B Sales or Account Management experience preferred
  • Passionate about ideas, people, current events, trends, and stories
  • Effective communicator able to sell intangibles and experiences
  • Customer service and relationship management experience
  • Prospecting, and cold calling skills and experience
  • Self-motivated, solution-focused with a growth mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of and experience in the speaking, events, meetings, training & development, or entertainment industry an asset
  • Experience working with a CRM program preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
