Job Title: Lead Dotnet Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dotnet Developer to join our team at YASH Technologies. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of large and complex projects, collaborating with business, operations, and technology partners to deliver technical and business solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams in delivering solutions that meet business budgets/timelines while ensuring alignment to strategic technology vision
  • Work closely with technology and business/product management to understand complex business requirements and identify the right architectural design
  • Provide technical consulting and leadership, identifying and implementing new and/or proven uses of information technologies
  • Set up software engineering best practices, processes and tools to ensure key aspects of delivery (quality, cost, and timeliness) are met
  • Manage development team(s) and associates who are responsible for all phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment

Requirements:

  • 10 years of hands-on Software Development experience
  • 6 years of application management/leadership experience with at least 3-4 years in leading delivery or large and/or complex projects
  • 4 years of experience in leading initiatives based on cloud and digital technologies
  • Ability to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost effective, quality solutions
  • Proven experience in developing, establishing, and applying architecture guiding principles, reference architectures, design patterns, frameworks, methodologies, standards and implementation guidelines
