Supervisor of Retail Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor of Retail Operations to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain efficient store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including the organization of inventory and merchandise.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Language: English.
