Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex transportation projects using alternative delivery methods. The successful candidate will oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on transportation infrastructure and alternative delivery methods.
  • Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation or PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transportation projects.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
