About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at STOKE MOTEL. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean and disinfect all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances in guest rooms and public areas
    • Make beds and change sheets as required
    • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities
  • Housekeeping Tasks
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
    • Dust furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Guest Services
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests
    • Stock linen closet and other storage areas
    • Handle and report lost and found items
    • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
    • Stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required
Requirements
