Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Best Western Plus Revelstoke. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
