Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Best Western Plus Revelstoke. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
