Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and ensure timely execution of kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is an asset.
- Experience: Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, and a permanent position is available.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication, and proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
